Choose the district, then the room
Clients judge before the pitch begins. A room at a metro-connected, recognisable address — Cyber City, Connaught Place, Sector 18 — removes friction and signals stability. The premium over a fringe location is usually ₹200–400/hour; treat it as marketing spend.
Size math
Book for N + 2 where N is confirmed attendees. A 6-seater feels cramped with 6; an 8-seater with 6 feels considered. For hybrid pitches, prioritise rooms with a dedicated VC bar and a second screen for the deck.
The 24-hour checklist
- Confirm AV: screen input (USB-C vs HDMI), VC platform, camera angle
- Ask for a whiteboard + markers explicitly — the most-forgotten item
- Pre-order beverages for the start, not mid-meeting
- Share the exact tower and floor with visitors; NCR complexes are mazes
- Arrive 20 minutes early; test screen-share from the actual laptop presenting
Booking smart
Hourly rates across NCR run ₹350–1,200 depending on district and capacity. Request-based booking via Amadhi confirms availability on WhatsApp within minutes: browse meeting rooms.
